  • At this time, Floating Skimmers USA ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Floating Skimmers USA ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Products are delivered using United Parcel Service (UPS).

    Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the Product is faulty or damaged in transit.

    If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, you may email our Customer Service Department within 5 days of receiving the product at sales@floatingskimmersusa.com

    Any Faulty / Damaged product must be returned to Floating Skimmers USA at the sender’s expense so the product can be evaluated for a credit, refund or exchange. Returns must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and received within 30 days of purchase.
